UPTET SARKARI NAUKRI   News -जूनियर भर्ती विरोधी द्वारा आज के कोर्ट अपडेट पर ये कहा गया  - 

Jrt साथियो,
आज अपना केस 12 न. पर था विपक्ष श्री शैलेन्द्र जी गायब थे लेकिन खरे साहब मौजूद थे और एकतरफा बहस लगभग 10से 15मि. हुयी जिसमे कोर्ट को पूरी बाते खरे साहब ने फिर समझायी-
1- कि jrt भी 1981 से govern हो रही है और 15 amedment डबल बेंच से ultra है !
2- फिर भी सरकार ने jrt का विग्यापन निकाला जिसका आधार 15&16 था जिसे सिंगल बेंच मे चैलेंज किया गया और 15&16 दोनो struck दोनो स्ट्रक down हुए!
3- और फुल बेंच का ओर्डर भी tet मार्क्स Considor करने को बोला है एकोर्डिन्ग तो एन.सी.टी.ई गाईड लाइन,
4- तब cj साहब ने ncte वकील से पूछा तो एन.सी.टी.इ वकील ने आज क्लियर कर दिया कि पूरी एन.सी.टी.इ गाइड लाइन फुल बेंच द्वारा explain कि जा चुकी है तब cj साहब ने बोला लिखित मे दिजिये!
5- फिर खरे साहब ने बोलना शुरू किया और कहा कि सरकार को काउन्टर दाखिल करने हेतु आप दो मौके पहले भी दे चुके है एसलिये अब केस डिसाइड किया जाय तो cj साहब ने कहा मिस्टर खरे इनको एक मौका और दे दिया जाय लास्ट मौका, क्योकी अब एन.सी.टी.ई ने भी क्लियर कर दिया है कि गाइड लाइन फुल बेंच द्वारा डिसक्राइब है तो अब एन.सी.टी.ई का लिखित काउन्टर भी आ जाने दिजिये फिर एड्वोकेट जनरल कि तरफ़ इशारा करते हुए cj साहब ने बोला लास्ट चान्स है आप एक हप्ते मे काउन्टर दाखिल करे, कहते हुए 9 फरवरी को डेट लगा दी गयी है!!!
साथियो आज एन.सी.टी.ई. के वकील के द्वारा बोली गयी एक बात " कि ncte गाइड लाइन फुल बेंच द्वारा exaplain हो चुकी है" इससे आज ये क्लियर हो गया है कि jrt का भविस्य क्या होगा! ये 9 या 10 फरवरी को क्लियर हो जयएगा चूंकी केस फाइनल होने मे 2 दिन और लग सकते है!!!!!

आज अपना केस जब टेक अप हुआ तो सब से पहले खरे साहब ने अपनी सारी बात बताई फिर सरकारी वकील खड़े हो कर कहे की सर शैलेन्द्र जी अभी कोर्ट नं 35 में बहस कर रहे है तो सीजे साहब ने बोला की ncte का जवाब आया की नहीं तो ncte वकील ने सीजे साहब से जवाब लगाने के लिए कुछ समय माँगा तो सीजे साहब ने अगली डेट 9 फरवरी लगा दी और ncte वकील से जवाब लगाने को बोला।
भाई लोग बस इतना ही आज कोर्ट में हुआ बाकि कुछ नहीं और अपने केस में आज मात्र 3-4मिनट बहस हुई बस।
आप लोग बेवजह किसी की भी पोस्ट से परेशान न हो।
विरोधियों की आज तक कोई भी पोस्ट सही हुई है क्या।और आप लोग तो ncte का जवाब जानते ही है कि क्या है सो आप लोग निचिंत रहे।
