Education qualification:
1. Manager:
CA/ICWA or MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance of two years duration (Full Time) from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE with 50% marks in aggregate
Experience
Should have 10 Years of post qualification experience in executive/ gazette officer cadre of which 3 years at least in the following pay scale. CPSU: ` Rs.32, 900/- Rs.58, 000/- (IDA) Govt. of India: ` Rs.15,600/-Rs.39,100/- with grade pay of ` Rs.7, 600/-
2. Trainee Engineer (Civil): BE/ B. Tech/ BSc. Egg. In Civil Engineering from recognized Institute or University or AMIE (Civil) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
3. Trainee Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical): BE/ B. Tech/ BSc. Egg. In Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from recognized Institute or University or AMIE (Elect/Mach) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
4. Trainee Accounts: CA/ICWA or MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance of two years duration from a recognized University or Institute approved by AICTE with 50% marks in aggregate.
5. Trainee Personal Officer: Graduate w i t h MBA or Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ Human Resource Development/Human Resource Management of minimum 2 years duration with 50% marks in aggregate.
6. Medical Officer: MBBS Degree and registration with Indian Medical Council
7. Security Officer: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Armed Forces in the rank of Captain or in the rank of DSP or equivalent in Central/State Police Organizations
Selection: The selection process shall consist of Scrutiny of application, Written Test or/and Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates as decided by the Management. The list of eligible candidates to be called for Test/interview will be made available at www. Neepco.gov.in. The call letters will be sent through email and post. The holding of written test will be the discretion of the NEEPCO Management depending on the number of eligible candidates. If the management decides to hold written test, then the centers will be Agartala, Aizawl, Guwahati, Imphal, Itanagar, Kohima, and New Delhi & Shillong. Candidates should opt one of the Test centers and no change under any circumstances will be allowed. However, Management reserves the right to cancel or add any centers at its discretion. In case, any of the above-opted centers is canceled, concerned candidate shall be allotted the next listed center nearest to their correspondence address. About interview/written test: The written test, if conducted, shall be of 100 marks of one and half hour duration with qualifying marks of 40%. However, candidates will be shortlisted for personal interview based on their performance in the written test (wherever held) in the ratio of not less than 1:7 in order of merit. The written test shall be given 85% weight and interview 15% for a preparation of final merit list. The interview shall also be of qualifying in nature. Though, candidates securing 40% in the interview will be eligible for shortlisting, however, empanelment will be based on merit. For positions where written test is not conducted, candidates will be short-listed on the same ratio based on the marks obtained in the required qualification
