Post no-1- Diploma in Nursing & Midwife or equivalent Qualification for male Nurse

Post no-2- 10+2/ Senior Secondary with Science & three Years Degree or Diploma Training Course in occupational Therapist from a Central/ State Government/ AICTE recognized Institution

Post no-3- , Degree in Pharmacy/ Senior Secondary with Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized Institution

Selection: Written exam and Interview.

Age Limit:

• Post no- 1, 11- 37 years
• Post no- 2, 3, 10 & 13- 32 years 
• Post no- 4 to 9 & 12- 18 to 27 years 

Age relaxation 

Upper age limit is relatable for candidates belonging to reserved categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Ex-servicemen in accordance with the instructions of Govt. of India as under:

(i) 03 years for OBC

(ii) 05 years for SC/ST.

(iii) 10 years for PWD (additional 05 years in case of SC/ST & 03 years in case of OBC). However, the upper age limit under PWD category shall be as per instructions of Govt. of India.

(iv)Ex.SM-Length of Service in Armed forces+ 3years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC)

(v) Relaxation in age for other categories shall be as per instructions of Govt of India and Recruitment Regulations of concerned post.

• SC and ST: - no fee/-
• Payment of application fee can made through deposit in any branch of State Bank of India by generation of Challan through online application.

3. Click on apply online and fill complete process such as Fill Application, Upload Photo & Signature image, Make Payment and/or Submit Application, Print Application Form.

4. Verify the filled data and click on Submit button.

5. Take print out of application for further use.

6. Make the payment by deposit in any branch of State Bank of India by generation of Challan through online application.
